Yoga sessions on Wednesday 27 May 2026

Morning: 7.30am - 8.30am

Lunchtime : 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Evening: 7pm - 8pm

The classes encourage a connection with the body through breathing and movement - not with the idea of performance, but of listening and feeling.

- All levels welcome, including beginners
- No previous experience of yoga is necessary
- Options and variations are always available

Morning Yoga with Cornelia (intensity: mild to moderate) :
This session focuses on gently awakening the body through slow, conscious transitions, light muscle strengthening and ample stretching. You can expect sun salutations, simple balancing postures and moments of stillness, to start the day calm and energised.

Mid Day Yoga with Jade (intensity: moderate to intense):

Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement to create a fluid, lively and deeply regenerative practice. Each posture is linked to the breath, in a continuous flow that liberates as much as it invigorates.

In the middle of the day, this class is an active break to re-energise the body and reset the mind. Practice ranges from moderate to intense, with gentle or more committed variations depending on the energy of the group and the level of each individual. Each posture is adaptable: you move at your own pace, never forcing yourself, always with awareness.

Whether you're a curious beginner or a regular practitioner, you'll leave with your body untangled, your head clear and your energy recharged.

Equipment (mats, straps and blocks) is available on site.

Evening Hatha Flow with Cornelia (intensity: moderate) :
The evening class offers a space to relax and release tension. Practice alternates between slow and slightly more dynamic sequences, encouraging mobility, flexibility, strength and concentration. A variety of postures - sitting, standing and balancing - provide a gentle challenge, always with options to suit different levels.

For those who wish, mattresses, blocks and stripes are available.
