Duo Cosnefroy-Miralles:
Thaïs Cosnefroy and Antoine Miralles are two young guitarists who graduated in 2024 with a Master's degree in classical guitar from the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles in the class of Hugues Navez.
They began playing together as a duo in 2022 and joined Muhiddin Dürrüoglu's chamber music class in January 2023 to benefit from his experience as they developed their projects.
This pair of young guitarists have travelled the ages and continents to offer a repertoire rich in colour and virtuosity. From Baroque beauty to Argentinian milongas, from forgotten masterpieces to Brazilian dances, Thaïs and Antoine are on a perpetual quest for eclectic sounds.
In summer 2023, their programme will include pieces for guitar and cello, which Thaïs is also studying at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.

Their concerts and events:
They gave their first recital at the Chapelle Saint-Martin in Lille in April 2023. That same month, they took part in the final of the Leopold Bellan International Competition in Paris, where they won Third Prize with encouragement from the jury. They were invited to play at the Brussels guitar concerts in June 2023 and by two associations in the Hautes-Pyrénées (France) in August 2023. In June 2023 and 2024, they were selected by the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles to compete in the Musiq3 festival in Wallonia. In 2024, they performed at the Prague House in Brussels, the chapel of the Grand Hospice, Saint-Avit-Sénieur (Dordogne) and Campan (Hautes-Pyrénées). In 2025, they were invited back to the chapel of Saint-Martin de Lillois, Saint-Avit-Sénieur and the Hautes-Pyrénées, and played on various occasions for Chamber Music for Europe in Brussels. At the end of 2025, they took part in the Brussels International guitar festival, where they performed with orchestra and in their usual formation.
Thaïs Cosnefroy :
Born on 11 March 2001, Thaïs began her musical studies in 2011 at the Prague College of Music. She graduated from a secondary school specialising in music with a double degree in guitar and cello.
In 2019, she will continue her guitar studies at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles. Loyal to her two instruments, she also began a Bachelor's degree in cello in 2021. In 2024, she obtained her master's degree in guitar with great distinction, as well as her bachelor's degree in cello.
In September 2024, she began a master's degree in teaching classical guitar and a master's degree in cello. She obtained her didactic master's degree with the highest distinction in June 2025.
As a guitarist and cellist, she has won prizes in various national and international competitions. She regularly performs in concert on both instruments, and teaches both.
During her studies, she took part in numerous projects, joined various ensembles and orchestras, and attended masterclasses (Marco Tamayo, Peter Katona, Máximo Diego Pujol, Anssi Karttunen, Thibault Cauvin).
In 2021, she formed a guitar-violin duo with Larisa Palochová and played for the Brussels Parliament and Young Belgian Strings, among others. In 2022, she set up a two-guitar project with Antoine Miralles and took part in various competitions and concerts over the next three years.
Antoine Miralles :
Born in Toulouse, Antoine began his musical studies at the Tarbes Conservatoire, where he won first prize in classical guitar, before going on to study at the Boulogne-Billancourt Conservatoire in 2016. There he won a first prize in guitar and chamber music, and then decided to study at the Conservatoire Supérieur du Pays Basque in San Sebastian.
He joined the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles in 2022 and obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees with Great Distinction in the class of Hugues Navez. In 2024, he began a didactic master's degree in classical guitar.
During his studies, he took part in numerous masterclasses with masters such as Marco Tamayo, Carles Trepat, Pablo Marquez, Rémy Jousselme, Rafael Aguirre, Thibault Cauvin and J.M. Gallardo del Rey.
Antoine gives concerts and recitals across France, Spain and Belgium, both solo and in duo. Passionate about South American music, he shares his musical discoveries and memories in churches, castles and museums whenever he gets the chance.
He is a double winner of the Ilse and Nicolas Alfonso International Competitions in Brussels in 2022 and 2023, and of the Léopold Bellan Competition in Paris in 2023. He has been invited to perform J. Rodrigo's Andalusian Concerto with orchestra at the Brussels International Guitar Festival in 2024 and at the Rencontres Internationales de guitare in Nice in 2025.
