A violinist originally from Romania, Cornelia studied in Bucharest, The Hague, Brussels and Iceland. Her musical identity was forged on the roads of Europe, Turkey and Argentina, where she travelled for many years as a street musician. Today, this freedom feeds her compositions and her versatile playing, navigating with ease between ancient music, tango, klezmer and contemporary or Balkan sounds.
Ève is a violinist and violist who graduated with great distinction from the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles. She explores repertoires ranging from the baroque to folk and traditional music, performing solo, in ensembles and in orchestras, and has performed throughout Europe in a variety of contexts. Passionate about artistic exchange, she also passes on her experience through educational and collaborative projects.
